We have a 7-day return policy. To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, submit a request within 7 days. For refunds, provide unboxing videos and images of the defective product and original packaging. No exchanges, place a new order.

Note: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Zestove will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
